Lovely, light organic beer with nice, white foam along with a fresh taste. The scent of beer is characterized by citrus, gooseberry and kiwi. The taste of the beer itself is fresh and characterized by a slight sweetness.

Svaneke's Blonde is fermented on champagne-yeast, and is in fact a counterpart to wheat beers.
Colour: Light and hazy in its appearance, with white and durable foam.
Scent: Characterized by gooseberry, kiwi and citrus.
Taste: Fresh with a slight sweetness.
Goes well with: Light dishes such as salads, fish and light meat.
Alcohol: 4,6 vol. %
Top fermented. ~ 19 IBU.
