Svaneke's Dark Gold is a copper red lager with calm temperament. A decent bitterness of walnut is sensed and kept in balance by shades of caramel.
Goes well with: Roast, red steaks, lamb, duck and cozy moments.
Alcohol: 5,7 vol. %
Bottom fermented. ~ 25 IBU.

Bottom fermented yeast typically takes longer to ferment and is often used in Lager or Pilsner beer.
Top fermented yeast is quicker to ferment and is most often used in Ale types such as American Pale Ale, Brown Ale and Indian Pale Ale.
